The Running Deer Shoot is held on the 50 yard range. Kinnicum sets-up a pulley machine with cables at the end of the range. A paper deer target is stapled to a frame and set on the cables. The machine can then pull the target across the range to simulate a running deer! Each shooter gets 3 shots at the deer per turn. We do keep score for your benefit but this is for practice and fun. This is a great, fun event for children and we always have a good turnout of kids.
